Growth on the Horizon: Steven D’Ippolito Joins Account Management Team

As part of continual growth and expansion efforts, ESM is thrilled to announce and welcome new team member Steven D’Ippolito, who joined the Account Management team as an Account Coordinator in May 2021, following a full time Paid Social Media internship with ESM’s Product Department. 

Steven initially joined the ESM in January 2021 as a full time intern, working alongside the Product team to traffic, launch, and manage social campaigns across all channels. During his 5-month internship, Steven demonstrated exceptional client management and strategic planning skills, which ultimately led to the decision to onboard him, full time, to the Account Management team. 

Prior to joining ESM, Steven spent time as a Marketing and Communications Assistant for a global brand where he managed content development for both internal and external stakeholders and spearheaded international projects. Now, Steven helps ESM service Mid-Market clients and agency partners across the board, and has become an integral asset in the development of Enterprise account projects.

“Throughout my internship at ESM I was able to experience all aspects of a digital media agency and how they work with brands to achieve organizational goals. As I gravitated to an account facing role, the opportunity to collaborate with team members working in a similar capacity was instrumental to my transition into a full-time Account position.”

In his current role, D’Ippolito functions as a key asset within ESM’s Account Management department, servicing mid-market clients and agency partners. He has also become an integral contributor in the development of Enterprise account projects, leading strategy, planning, and client management with the skill of an expert.

“Since joining the team as an intern at the beginning of 2021, Steven has fully immersed himself in all of ESM’s processes.” says Ivaliese Chihimie, Director of Account Management. “From tackling large client projects with little need for direction, to lending a hand whenever needed to cross-functional teams, Steven has proven to be not only a strong Account team member but an invaluable asset to our Product and Client Services teams as well.”

In addition to his day-to-day role in account services, D’ippolito has already joined several project groups related to new business development and acquisition, in-house content development, and strategic planning for agency marketing. Steven joins ESM in a time of immense agency growth, and is projected to be a key contributor in future successes.
