ESM Continues Expansion: Cara Travaglini Joins Client Services Team
As part of continual growth and expansion efforts, ESM is thrilled to announce and welcome new team member Cara Travaglini, who joined the Client Services team as a Client Services Coordinator in July 2021.
Cara initially joined the ESM in May 2021 as a full time intern, lending her skills across various departments – from Account Management, to Marketing, to Client Services. As she quickly excelled as working alongside the Client Services department and managing projects related to ESM’s internal operations, what started out as a 6-month internship offer quickly transitioned into a full time role managing campaign trafficking, pacing, reporting, and success with the Client Services department. Travaglini now serves as a major point of contact between the Account Management and internal Product teams, working to ensure that all of the planning done in the strategy process translates back into campaign success.
“As a newcomer to the digital media space, I am so thankful to have started in an internship role here at ESM,” notes Cara. “I was afforded the unique opportunity to experience and learn what each department was all about before making a decision on what was the best fit for me. In the end, finding my home in Client Services felt like a no brainer. I especially enjoy the focus on collaboration and sense that despite my internship being over I am still encouraged to learn something new every day.”
Prior to joining ESM, Cara held several roles in sales and product buying, where she was responsible for managing and tracking orders, performing trend analysis, financial summary reporting, and quality control. Now, Cara helps ESM manage media campaign orders and quality control over entire operational processes.
“Since the start of Cara’s internship, I hoped she would join our team full time,” says Shannon Toth, Director of Client Services. “She has excelled in every opportunity and has shown us her invaluable work ethic in the process. Since joining the team full-time she has shown exceptional management and communication skills with all accounts as well as the team. She is consistently adding value to our department and I am so glad she chose to be a part of Client Services.”
In addition to her day-to-day role in Client Services, Cara has been integrated into various internal projects that will support operational streamlining. Travaglini joins ESM in a time of immense agency growth, and is projected to be a key contributor in future successes.
