Meet Jordyn Lacayanga!
Meet Jordyn Lacayanga! Jordyn joined ESM in August 2024 as an Operations Coordinator, where she plays a crucial role in campaign set-up and management. Before joining ESM, she gained experience as a quality assurance intern and earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Since becoming part of the team, Jordyn has enjoyed immersing herself in the advertising industry and working across a diverse range of accounts.
Outside of work, Jordyn is an avid rock climber and regularly trains at climbing gyms in New York City. She aspires to take her passion outdoors and tackle real rock faces in the future. Her most memorable travel experience was visiting California, where she loved the warm, sunny weather. She’s a true music enthusiast, especially when it comes to R&B, and she absolutely cannot live without Spotify.
Jordyn values ESM’s smaller environment, which allows her to collaborate across departments and build meaningful connections with all members of the team. She defines success as continuously improving—striving to do better than before and completing projects with greater efficiency and impact.
