Meet Claire!
Claire joined ESM in December as a Marketing Coordinator. Her responsibilities include marketing for the agency and finding new opportunities for ESM to grow. Previously Claire was a sports editor for Virginia Tech’s Collegiate Times. Claire is excited about working with the team and helping ESM grow and find new business. Since starting, she has been learning a lot about the advertising industry in general as well as how we work as an agency.
Outside of the office, Claire loves hanging out with friends, being outside, keeping up with college basketball and skiing. If she wasn’t working at ESM, she would like to be a college basketball journalist. Her favorite vacation has been the Swiss Alps to ski and one day would love to visit the Dolomites or go on a national park road trip. Her death row meal would be a slice of New Jersey pizza (the best kind).
Claire really enjoys how personable everyone at ESM is and can see how she is really valued here, which she could tell from the beginning during her interview. She also loves the collaborative style office we have. Something that she said helped her learn the most in her first few months has been to ask questions and that there are no stupid questions. Claire describes success as similar to confidence. When you’re confident in what you’re doing, that is equivalent to success.
