Meet Shayna Durkin!
Shayna joined ESM in October 2024 as an Account Executive, where she leads client relationships and develops strategic media campaigns. She brings a background in brand management, having previously worked with influencers to oversee social media, websites, and brand partnerships. Shayna holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from the University of Delaware. Since joining ESM, she has enjoyed deepening her expertise in the advertising industry and embracing the strategic, fast-paced nature of her role.
Away from the office, Shayna enjoys crafting and spending time with her friends and family. Some of her favorite travel destinations have been Portugal and Spain, because of how different the culture, history, and food is from Hoboken. She also loved Hawaii for its incredible landscape. In the future she hopes to travel Europe more.
At ESM, Shayna appreciates the smaller size of the company, which allows her to foster deep relationships, internally and externally, but also how everyone has their own responsibilities which leads to collaboration. She likes how ESM’s employees grow with the company. For Shayna, success means achieving ambitious goals, within the timelines and standards set by herself.
